The Alpengasthof Frommeralm is idyllically situated at the gateway to the Rosengarten and combines original South Tyrolean hospitality with cuisine that warms the heart and stomach. In addition to the restaurant, cozy rooms invite you to stay overnight - ideal for those who want to experience the mountain world in peace. Our opening hours: May to the end of October and early December to early April.

After a trip to Lake Carezza, we stopped here. The restaurant owner was very friendly and offered us typical regional dishes. We ordered fried eggs, bacon with potatoes, and pork knuckle, along with Hugo (Prosecco with elderberry juice), strudel, and tiramisu. Huge portions, reasonable prices, fantastic food. Highly recommended 😉🙂🙃

We visited twice during our vacation in Welschnofen. Once for dinner. It was really delicious and the service was impeccable. Both the beef goulash and the onion roast are highly recommended. We were completely satisfied and will be back.
